About the project

About the project

In the distant year of 2019, during my internship at Goodpatch, I had the honor
of participating in the redesign of the Goodpatch agency's website. Together
with a team of talented product designers, a product manager, and developers,
we spent 3 months on brainstorming, researching, collecting data, generating ideas, and testing those ideas to validate or invalidate the hypothesis.

My role in the team was UX/UI design of our blog/knowledge base.

Empathizing and Iterating

Empathizing and Iterating

Empathizing and Iterating

With user needs and business goals in mind, I created user personas representing key reader segments. This helped me empathize with their challenges and guide design decisions. Through rapid prototyping and user testing, I iterated on the design, ensuring it addressed both user pain points and business objectives.
